Watch: Black Helicopters Weave Around Buildings for Secretive Military Drills in San Diego

San Diego residents were shaken by low-flying helicopters buzzing low around buildings downtown and accompanying explosions that were part of secret military drills conducted last week.

San Diego Police confirmed the situation was part of a “pre-planned military exercise” that ran from Jan. 24 to Feb. 4.
