Sacramento Mass Shooting Suspect Was Let Out Of Jail Early Ahead Of The Deadly Melee

A suspect involved in a Sacramento, California shooting that left six innocent people dead and twelve injured on Sunday was previously released by the state’s Department of Corrections after serving just four years of a ten-year sentence.
